**Misión**

Liderar el Customer Journey local buscando generar un impacto positivo en la experiência y en el crecimiento de Kavak en resultados comerciales.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Tomar decisiones de negocios basadas en datos para mejorar la experiência de consumidor y los resultados comerciales.
- Buscar alcanzar los objetivos de negocio comerciales mes a mes: Compras, Ventas & Other Revenues junto con los objetivos de conversiones en los funnels.
- Mapear, diseñar y proponer mejoras para el Customer Journey, además de ser el responsable por la experiência física del retail y tiendas.
- Coordinar a las áreas comerciales y de trámites para la ejecución de los procesos comerciales locales.
- Coordinar con otras áreas estratégicas regionales para tomar decisiones acerca de objetivos, targets mensuales, plan de crecimiento o pricing buscando alcanzar los objetivos de business plan de largo plazo.
- Mejorar el NPS de Kavak con iniciativas buscando generar una experiência del consumidor transformacional.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Universitarios graduados de las carreras de Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Lic. En Economía, Ing. Industrial o afines (Excluyente)
- Experiência de al menos 5 años o más en posiciones focalizadas en estrategia comercial o decisiones de negocio basados en datos (Excluyente)
- Experiência en retail (No Excluyente).
- Manejo de Paquete Office avanzado (Excluyente)
- Manejo de Google Suite: Docs, sheets, slide - en versión Office o Google avanzado (Excluyente)
