Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, seating arrangements, and facility maintenance
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Oversee meeting and events on site
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly equipped and set up
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with health and safety compliance, including maintaining emergency procedures and conducting safety drills
- Support sustainability initiatives within the workplace
- Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors
- Assist with budget tracking for workplace-related expenses
- Support in payments process.
- Customer experience responsible and POC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in office management or similar role
- Intermediate High or Advanced English level of communication
- EHS and OPEX proven experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Experience in local health and safety regulations
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
