**Job Description**:

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the consulting arm of Visa, is a global team of industry experts in strategy, marketing, operations, risk and economics consulting, with decades of experience in the payments industry. Our VCA teams offers:
- Consulting services customized to the needs of Visa client’s business objectives and strategy
- Business and economic insights and perspectives that impact business and investment decisions
- Self-service digital solutions Visa clients can leverage to improve performance in product, marketing and operations
- Proven data-driven marketing strategies to increase clients’ ROI
As part of its consulting service line, VCA offers Managed Services (VMS), which is a full cycle solution for the implementation of enterprise programs and portfolio strategies, ensuring strategy implementation through profitable lifecycle programs and portfolio management execution. Managed Services acts as a true extension of Visa Clients’ team bringing together expertise, capabilities, resources and scale to enhance performance and increase profitability.
The Managed Services Director will support the design, implementation and execution of VCA’s recommendations for client’s on their behalf. This individual will shape delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- ** Lead a high performance team**:Leverage actual team capabilities, develop new ones and support on projects design, sales and implementations.
- ** New use cases development**:Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and product teams as well as the Visa Innovation and Data Science team
- ** Product implementation and Technology projects**: Support VMS team in developing new use cases related to product implementation support and technology projects, such as development of new products, implementation of Visa’s products and services into issuers, acquirers and merchants.
- ** Standardize and scale**: Help scale the function by shaping frameworks, methodologies, processes and required operational enablers to drive business growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners.
- ** Performance Management & Reporting**: Track and measure projects KPI’s. Analyze results, provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
- ** Collaboration**: Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa’s local, regional and global groups.
- ** Data Management**: manipulate and mine data proficiently through existing tools or programing skills, as well as augment traditional data with complementary sources
- ** Data Descriptive Analysis**: structure information in the most optimal way to accomplish and streamline ETL processes, as well as perform analysis to summarize business, portfolio, client and account level trends. Identify and inform opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the
