**About the Role**:
El puesto de Especialista de Operaciones en Exploraciones está enfocado en la capacidad de proveer liderazgo y supervisión operacional experta para la ejecución de tareas y programas de Metals Exploration (MEX) en Chile, en todas sus áreas. Lo cual considera, entre otros, programas de perforación, geofísica y reconocimiento geológico. Reportando al Superintendente de Operaciones del país, este rol proveerá también liderazgo y soporte en todos los aspectos y procesos relacionados con la salud, la seguridad y el medio ambiente, así como la respuesta a emergencias, y en general a la política HSE de MEX

Principales **Responsabilidades**:

- Contribuirá a la planificación, programación, ejecución disciplinada y segura de actividades y programas que responden a metas de productividad.
- Evaluará y asegurará la factibilidad de los programas y tareas encargados, incluyendo el cumplimento de los estándares HSE de MEX, como plazos y prepuestos comprometidos
- Demostrará la proactividad necesaria para la identificación de problemas y de las distintas posibilidades de mejora de asuntos complejos.
- Se relacionará con una amplia gama de stakeholders internos y externos, priorizando la satisfacción del cliente.
- Promoverá el empoderamiento de las personas y los valores de inclusión y diversidad de BHP

**About You**:

- Título profesional en áreas de ingeniera, geología u otras que aporten herramientas relevantes al desarrollo del rol
- Experiência en exploración, en minería o industrias similares, en roles de liderazgo de equipos en terreno y gestión de proyectos de sondaje, con conocimientos específicamente en sistemas Diamantino y Aire Reverso
- Demostrar una alta capacidad de liderazgo en aspectos operacionales y HSE
- Contar con una condición de salud adecuada para los desafíos del rol
- Disponibilidad para cumplir turnos rutinarios en terreno
- Demostrar alta disposición para el trabajo en equipo, así como contar con habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación efectiva, tanto dentro de la organización, como con actores externos.
