**THE POSITION**:
As an Operations Data Specialist at Austral Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team on data collection and analysis, in order to find areas of improvement, regarding budget expenditures, and logistics, to be able to offer strategic solutions to the Operations Director and to the Regional Managers. From the data collection and analysis, you will prevent and evaluate possible risks, to be able to come up with smart contingency plans in case they may occur. You will also become an advisor and a true partner to the people in leadership positions in the Operations department, so they are able to make informed decisions regarding what’s best for the department and its future.

In addition to that, you will be responsible for supporting Ops systems adoption in conjunction with our IT area as well as preserving the data integrity.

**_This is a full-time remote position, you can work from anywhere_**

**Your day-to-day responsibilities would include**:

- Collecting, organizing and presenting information relevant to area KPIs.
- Supporting of Lemax/Salesforce adoption and data integrity
- Evaluation of possible risks and areas of improvement
- Advise Managers on findings and recommendations
- Create reports with area KPIs for Managers
- Positioning as a true partner of the others company's departments, providing informations needed.

**You will excel in this position if you**:

- University degree or at least 3 years of prior work experience in areas related to statistics, mathematics, or business administration. Experience in the Education sector is a plus
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong aptitude in computing skills, quick adaptability to new software and database systems. Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple requests from internal and external partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to balance a series of critical deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of English required; high level of Spanish desirable;
