Work From Home Legal Expert at BairesDev
We are looking for a Legal Expert to join our Finance & Administration team. In this position, you will comply with the company's and management's expected timeframes and deliverables regarding all legal matters related to BairesDev’s group with remarkable autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry
What You Will Do:
- Provide advice on all legal matters related to BairesDev’s group.
- Provide strategic advice to management and different areas of the company on key legal issues (corporate, privacy and data protection, labor, commercial, collections, compliance, etc.).
- Review and draft contracts (commercial, procurement & labor) and corporate documentation.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsels and providers.
- Coordinate and evaluate all Legal Partner work and performance.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Law.
- 2+ years of experience in a Senior Legal position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with Advanced English level.
Desirable:
- In-house experience.
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions or cross-border transactions.
- Previous experience in the technology market.
