Influencer and Partnership Specialist at BairesDev

What You Will Do:

- Drive the development, planning, socialization, and execution of cross-functional, integrated, influencer marketing programs.
- Strategically identify influencers for campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Develop and foster relationships with partners, vetting inbound partner calls and carrying out proactive outreach.
- Ensure final creative and integrations are consistent with the brand brief and meet legal standards.
- Manage campaign budget ensuring funds are available as planned and communicating needed shifts to partners and influencers.
- Compile, analyze and interpret data to optimize execution and report on campaign performances.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience working directly with influencers.
- Experience working across key marketing channels including social media, events, paid media, etc.
- Expert communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex program strategies at an executive level.
- Advanced English level.
