Expansion Operations Analyst
Misión del cargo:
Nuestro Expansion Operations Analyst estará encargado de apoyar en todas las etapas de prelanzamiento, activación y maduración de nuevas zonas/ciudades
Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Funciones:
- Identificar y proponer nuevas zonas de expansión bajo parámetros requeridos- Apoyar en los procesos de búsqueda de repartidores en zonas de expansión- Coordinar entrega de recursos para flota en zonas de expansión- Monitorear operación live en zonas de expansión- Análisis de data para identificar oportunidades de mejora operacional- Ejecución de planes de acción en conjunto a otros equipos
Requisitos indispensables:
- Carreras administrativas o Ingeniería comercial.- Tener un alto poder de negociación, ser persuasivo e influyente, obteniendo los mejores resultados para nuestros aliados, usuarios y Rappi.- Ser una persona proactiva, recursiva, creativa, de ejecución rápida y con la capacidad de levantar la mano para pedir ayuda en el momento oportuno.- Mentalidad ágil, orientada al análisis de datos, y fácilmente adaptable a los cambios y ambientes de crecimiento acelerado de las startups.- Ser una persona que disfruta los desafíos, tiene un espíritu emprendedor, y asiduamente busca exceder las metas.- Ser una persona ordenada y con destreza en el uso óptimo de su tiempo y priorización de tareas.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (escrita y verbal), buena ortografía y redacción.- Conocimiento intermedio en el uso de G-suite (Excel-Hojas de cálculo Google y Power Point-Presentaciones Google).
Requisitos deseables- Nível de inglés básico-intermedio- Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis de datos como Power BI (Ideal-No excluyente)
