Latam Payments and Receivables Portfolio Manager, Vp

The Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) provides integrated cash management, working capital and trade finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the globe. The Payments and Receivables (P&R) Technology is a part of the TTS Technology organization and is embarking on a number of new global transformation programs within its growing portfolio. We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the Technology portfolio for the LATAM Payments and Receivables portfolio with focus in Financial Management.. **LATAM Payments and Receivables Portfolio Manager, VP** Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the department roadmap including: Acting as key point of contact with the key stakeholders to ascertain business priorities Engage with business stakeholders to ensure technology priorities are understood and agreed with the business alongside their priorities Undertake short and long term capacity planning including: Financial planning and determining funding requirements Resource planning and capacity management Vendor partnership building to enable timely resource onboarding Support talent identification and succession planning Oversight of the Department Financials including: Monitor all department financials across the whole portfolio Ensuring all financial exceptions are addressed, contracts linked, projects activated or forecast adjusted, all FTEs are forecasted including future hires Collaborating with Program Managers to ensure risks and issues are raised and resolved for programs with forecast variance to target budget +- 5% Accountable for maintaining the portfolio actuals within +-5% to budget targets Produce stakeholder financial reports on forecast vs budget, variances and opportunities Oversee headcount and hiring plan - work with each department head to understand resource requirements in light of the short and long term roadmaps and monitor performance in securing required resourcing levels Oversee key resource vendor partnerships including planning, execution of Statements of Work and undertake regular performance reviews Collaborate with the Resource Managers and Engineering Leads to agree action plans for productivity improvements including driving improvements in Blue Optima results, test automation ratios and identifying other inhibitors to high productivity Collaborate with Risk and Control and the PMO Scorecard Management to ensure all required risk and control items are understood, locked into delivery plans and are on target Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with the Sr.Tech Managers to review the overall portfolio health across all KPIs/KRIs Oversee SDLC Compliance and BoW status reporting ensuring high quality outcomes Work with Agile Coaches and department Agile Champions to review progress against key Agile KPIs Key Skills: 10+ years of progressive Operations and/or Business Management experience with demonstrable portfolio oversight of $20M Exceptional excel and analytical skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to work across different levels of organization Strong collaborator, able to build partnership and work with both flexibility and discipline Bilingual (Spanish and English) Project Management background Demonstrable ability to implement processes Desired Skills: Tableau, Power BI or similar Esta y todas las ofertas de **Citigroup Services Chile SPA** se encuentran bajo el marco de la Ley N°21.015 que incentiva la inclusión de personas en situación de discapacidad al mundo laboral. - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
