TTS offers the industry’s most comprehensive suite of treasury and trade solutions including cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management and investment services, working capital solutions, commercial card programs, trade finance and services. **Responsibilities** - Lead large scale transformation across P&R, Trade, Commercial Cards, Core Banking, Channels, and In-Country apps - Run bi-weekly Operating Committee calls with our regional architects and stakeholders, to discuss potential retirement/consolidation opportunities, and to give status updates of where we are with our retirement roadmap - Maintain current and target state architecture blueprints - Executes the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints - Develops technology road maps, while keeping up to date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies. - Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems design. - Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions. - Exhibits in depth understanding of concepts and procedures within architecture and has basic knowledge of those elements in other areas. - Has in depth understanding of how architecture integrates within technology and has commercial awareness. - Shares responsibility for budget, policy formulation and planning. - Requires evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated or novel situations; uses multiple sources of information. - Impacts the area through delivery of end results and contributions to planning, finances/ budget formulation of policies. - Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate and negotiate with external parties. - Performs other job duties and functions as assigned **Qualifications** - 6-10 years relevant experience - 5+ years of experience developing with Java, C#, or Python - Experience creating architecture, flow, and process diagrams, preferably with Visio - Knowledge of architecture design patterns, and the tradeoffs between using one over the other - Understanding of messaging technologies, such as Kafka & MQ - Fluent proficiency in Spanish & English - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Management and prioritization skills - Ability to develop working relationships - Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines - Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly - Detail-oriented **Desired Skills** - Domain knowledge of Payments & Receivables, Trade, Liquidities, and Commercial Cards - Experience leading a large architectural transformation effort - Experience with Kubernetes and Docker - Experience building an app with microservices architecture, throughout the whole SDLC **Education** - Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
