Beat’s footprint is rapidly expanding with current service in Greece, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. Our headquarters are located in Greece (Athens), with our Tech Innovation and Engineering Hubs being split in Athens, Amsterdam and Mexico City.

**What’s the day to day**

Our expansion in Chile is growing too fast, our new ride-hailing businesses are already in the market, and we expect to have a proactive vision of what might be coming, what's missing, and how to address the threats that stand in our way.

Our challenge today is to effectively change the lives of people in Santiago. Our driving force then, are the drivers - and they need to continue growing in learning how to effectively give our users a better experience.

**What you’ll do day in day out**:

- Own the driver acquisition funnel, from growing our registrations to ensuring drivers start working with Beat as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Use data to identify opportunities to improve our registration and activation processes and propose changes and new processes that boost a smoother driver experience.
- Manage and improve the quality driver fleet, to ensure the best user experience for our passengers. Analyze data to identify issues and work with our UX, finance and fraud teams to create solutions to improve each ride.
- Lead our partnerships program, developing relationships with companies in the local market that can provide our drivers with additional benefits, and lead projects that make our users feel closer to Beat.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to acquire new users. Develop strategies to target new users, and measure impact of these initiatives.

**What you need to bring**:

- 2-3 years of experience managing commercial projects (start, create, implement, and follow up)
- Data driven person, you feel comfortable extracting insights using data. Knowledge in tools (SQL, Tableau, etc) would be appreciated.
- Solutions Focused - You seek out problems and innovate ways to solve them and possess the skills to push our product to be the best it can be
- Great executor - We only get better when we take the leap to make things happen. You have a strong will towards action and desire to see your ideas out in the world. You have experience managing projects and taking things from a proposal to a solution.
- Possess the hustle to get things done - This is a highly hands-on operational role

**What’s nice to have**
- A Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

**About the interview process at BEAT**

During our interview process, we want to learn about you but also provide you with a good understanding of what it’s like to work at Beat. We will introduce you to several team members and stakeholders to make sure you can ask all your questions.

Here is what you can expect:

- An initial conversation with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- An introductory meeting with your potential future manager
- Usually a take home assignment that you will need to submit by the agreed deadline
- The last stage of the interview process will be meetings with the team and internal stakeholders.
