Business Development Operations Analyst at BairesDev
We are seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst to join our Sales Team. We are in search of proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with excellent organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in lead generation efforts for Business Development.
- Track and analyze results to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Analyze the outcomes of referral processes and campaigns.
- Identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to uncover new opportunities for lead generation.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Experience in Sales Support roles
- 1+ years in process analysis and improvement
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to work autonomously and remotely.
- Advanced English level.
