**Job Description**:
Posición requiere de trabajo hibrido entre oficina-terreno y en casa. Indispensable tener movilización propia, los gastos de uso son reembolsados.
Main Purpose:
Supervisar al equipo de Field Executives.
Responsable de la administración de las cuentas, dando atención y servicio al segmento, proporcionando soluciones integrales. Soporte estratégico para el área de Retail Solutions Management.
Controlar y eficientar el flujo, manejo y control de nuestros activos. (planificación y control del plan de inventarios).
Major/Key Accountabilities:
- Planificación y control de las actividades de su equipo de Field Executives.
- Planificación y control de inventarios mediante el establecimiento de lineamientos operativos, administrativos y relaciones de negocios con el cliente.
- Soporte a ventas en el flujo de información de las cuentas y a operaciones en la planificación y control de retiros de pallets.
- Detecta oportunidades comerciales.
- Establece acuerdos de largo plazo con clientes de retail.
- Realiza presentaciones de revisión del negocio a clientes.
- Vigilar el correcto uso de los activos de la compañía.
- Contribuir en la estrategia general de reducción de CAPEX mediante la reducción de pérdidas e incremento de la recuperación de pallet
- Generar el ingreso mediante el control de facturación en los conceptos claves de la operación
Decision Making:
- Asignar cuentas de Retail a los ejecutivos
- Propone acuerdos de largo plazo con el Retail
- Cierra inventarios y supervisa movimientos de activos.
