**What are we looking for?**

Our office in Santiago is looking for a **Quality Team Leader,**providing proactive support to the Quality function in Americas, by overseeing the workload of the assigned team, ensuring the quality of work performed, and deadlines are met by the team members. Deliver services to ensure compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and procedures.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Coordination of workload and workflow within the assigned team including communicating directly with stakeholders, resolving issues, and escalating to the Quality Leader as required
- Complete internal Quality audit tasks, reporting and outputs as required
- In consultation with the Quality Leader, implement, monitor and provide constructive feedback on new systems and processes to support the function as required
- Prepare system and process instructions and documentation as required
- Adhere to team budget guidance provided
- Assist the Quality Leader on other tasks or projects as required, provide ongoing feedback and complete team member performance reviews per GHD guidelines and within required deadlines
- Lead by example while supervising team, providing leadership and guidance
- Provide training and mentoring of new team members in all policies and procedures
- Assist the Quality Leader in sourcing and recruiting new team members

**What you will bring to the team**:

- **Advanced English.**:

- Post-secondary education in any science or engineering-related course
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a shared services environment with intermediate (to complex) systems
- Has managed or been involved in simple or complex process improvement initiatives either as a team member or team leader
- 5+ years’ experience working in a global organization
- Ability to successfully communicate business requirements to multiple audiences e.g., IT, operations, clients, etc. and translate feedback into actionable information via various communications as well as reports, KPIs, and data analysis
- Experience in a similar role or broad quality management system process or execution responsibilities
