**About the Role**:
The purpose of this role is to lead the integration of inputs from functions on behalf of project manager for the delivery phase of the Project, holding assigned functional resources accountable for key deliverables.

Accountabilities
- Integrates inputs from contributing Functions (such as Engineering & QA, Construction, Commissioning, Project Services, Contracts & Procurement, HSE & Permitting, HR & LR, Legal, Investment and Value Management, Risk & Governance, and others as deemed necessary) on behalf of Project Manager, who retain full accountability for the project\area scope, schedule and cost.
- Engages project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives throughout the course of the execution phase through timely communication.
- Lead permits and risk management on behalf of Project Manager. Contributes to the identification and management of project\area risks, communicating risks to relevant stakeholders and identifying solutions.
- Manage and monitors delivery of the OTS contract to ensure that deviations from the execution plan are adequately managed, communicated and rectified.
- Coordinate general services including camp, catering, transport, licences and certifications, etc
- Lead performance tracking including project KPIs and scorecard follow up
- Coordinates implementation of value preservation practices, tools & processes to ensure project alignment to BHP Operating System and implementation of other improvement initiatives, including programmatic opportunities for increased capital efficiency and productivity in the sub-function.

**About You**:

- University commercial or engineering degree.
- Desirable post degree in management.
- 8 years’ experience in industry.
- 4 years’ experience in project´ owners team.
- Availability to work at Spence 4x3.
