**About the Role**:
This role will:

- Manages the project area to ensure it´s been delivered safely, and to the approved quality, schedule, cost and business case targets. Be responsible for the project´s area or small project outcomes by defining, accepting responsibility and delivering on commitments.
- Leads implementation of risk and quality management plans to assure effective management of the project’s scope of work. Activate contingency plans and risk control on a permanent basis.
- Ongoing commitment to Field Leadership and Critical Control Verification.
- Ensure that deviations from the execution plan are adequately managed, communicated and rectified.
- Integrates inputs from other contributing functions required for the delivery of the project. Reviews and agrees on project final reporting.
- Ensures early and continuous relationship with Operations incorporating their needs, times and priorities for a smooth transition of the project.
- Acts as the Company´s Representative for contracts, and review contractors’ and vendors ‘performance. Negotiate with the companies, as a result of ground interference, scope changes or new scopes.

**About You**:

- Engineering Degree (Construction, Civil, Geomesura).
- Experience in earth moving.
- Availability to work in 8x6 field.
- Experience with interpreting and reading quality essays is desirable.
