**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Principal Technology Project Delivery; this role leads the delivery of assigned capital project portfolio in Escondida asset. Combining technical knowledge and project delivery experience, you will be tasked to lead a site based project team to fulfill the deployment and hand over to operations plan for each project. Reporting to the Head of Technology Escondida you shall:

- Work towards established project goals leading assigned team and associated contractor base.
- Actively engage and align with the extended Technology team ensuring a deep understanding of the assigned project portfolio leading its execution and hand over to operations.
- Foster an inclusive culture promoting active engagement and high performance. Create project plans based on requirements provided by stakeholders, ensuring that these comply with current BHP standards.
- Analyze the plans for timeliness of activities, utilization of resources and slippage against baselines and where appropriate actions and/or exceptions can be applied taking necessary steps.
- Ensure all inter project, release and external dependencies are identified in the plan and managed according to the planning standards and processes.
- Lead with an overriding commitment to health, safety, and environmental responsibility in delivering assigned project portfolio. all in compliance with the BHP Charter, the BHP Requirements, Code of Conduct, and relevant statutory obligations.
- Work is site based in Minera Escondida on a 4x3 shift

**About You**:

- Business or Civil Engineering university degree
- Minimum of six plus years in project management and delivery positions
- Minimum three plus years of mining or other relative industry on site experience
- Minimum intermediate English level (spoken and written)
