**Actualmente estamos reclutando a un/a Project Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo y contribuir a proyectos clave en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de plazo, costo y calidad en proyectos en construcción.
- Gestionar procesos de contratación y supervisar el desempeño de proveedores, contratistas y prestadores de servicios.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento al desarrollo y revisión de la ingeniería en proyectos en ejecución.
- Monitorear el avance y elaborar reportes integrales sobre el estado de los proyectos de la compañía.

**Educación**: Ingeniería Civil Eléctrica, Mecánica, Industrial o afín.

**Habilidades Personales**:

- Comunicación efectiva, capacidad de transmitir ideas de manera clara y efectiva a diferentes interlocutores.
- Pensamiento analítico orientado a resolución de problemas, anticipar obstáculos y proponer soluciones prácticas. Trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad, capacidad de colaborar eficazmente en distintas etapas y con distintos interlocutores.**Experiência y Cualificaciones Técnicas**:

- Experiência en gestión de proyectos de generación eléctrica, desde gestión de suministros hasta comisionamiento y puesta en marcha. Deseable experiência en gestión de proyectos en modalidad EPC.
- Experiência en gestiones con el Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional para llevar proyectos a operación comercial.
- Experiência en gestión de ingeniería y calidad de construcción en proyectos de infraestructura eléctrica.
