**Descripción del Trabajo**: Provides support in the tasks related to purchasing and procurement. Collaborates in the execution of the processes that guarantee materials availability required for the business.

**Deberes y responsabilidades principales**: Procurement & Purchasing - Supporting to Demand & Supply Planner in the Supply Planning process. - Place purchase orders to suppliers following Demand & Supply Planner instructions (products and quantities) - Follow up releases from factories at P.O. and SKU level. - Monitoring and managing Product Backorders. - Review and propose Instrumental Replenishment purchases aligned to Kitroom requirements and procedures. - Create local suppliers aligned to QA & Finance requirements. - Negotiate costs of goods with local suppliers. Reports and Visibility - Provide visibility to Imports, Customer Service and Sales teams of release dates from suppliers at SKU level. - Monitoring and measuring Suppliers Performance. - Define and Implement Performance Dashboard of the purchasing process and Backorders Root Causes. - Maintenance of materials and suppliers database. - Others: Participate in cross functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Compliance - Associate must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
