About the role_**:
The Operations Coordinator is the direct leader of the driver operations staff that are split into two types of teams: Monitor Agents and Driver Leads. The objective of the COA Coordinator is to overview and ensure that the team accomplish their daily and weekly tasks, achieve their targets and promote internal competition in order to continuously improve the team performance.

What you'll do day in day out_**:

- Make sure every COA accomplish their tasks and overperfornme during every cycle of tasks
- Be the expert of the team managing the tools that are given to him and his team
- Comply with the procedures given by the stakeholders and the management team, and suggest improvement or seek of opportunities to optimize the tools
- Systematically report the team’s performance and make sure the team has clear understanding of the current needs and priorities of the business
- Correctly escalate issues to the Supply Lead operations manager and/or the Senior Management Team when situations have the potential to become a crisis.

**_What you need to have_**:

- 2-4 years of experience leading support agent teams, operations teams, teams that handle operational Tier 1 issues, driver leads, supply leads or similar.
- Soft skills and coaching to junior operations analysts. Customer service development, issue resolutions, performance management.
- Proven capability on goal accomplishment.
- Analytical and curious
- Assertive Communicator
- Committed - Goes the extra mile when a situation requires it
- Act as owner of a situation when a manager is out of reach
- Look for continuous improvement
- Tech savvy
- Data driven
- Intermediate to advance english skills
- Intermediate skills with spreadsheet and reports
- SQL is a plus
- Advanced English Skills
