**IT recruiter (Chile)**

As a **IT recruiter**, you will be responsible for driving top talent to Parser's experience via innovative attraction strategies.

**Role and Responsibilities - Core Areas**:

- Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires.
- Improve upon existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience recruiting different tech and data profiles in a fast-paced environment or within an IT/software company.
- Experience working on a variety of roles/levels both at national and international markets.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
- Possibility of hybrid or remote work
- Location: Santiago RM, Chile
