3M is looking for a person to serve as a technical salesperson in the electrical products business.
The applicant must be an Electrical Engineer by profession with demonstrable experience in technical sales; maintenance and expansion of customer portfolio in the Power Generation and Transmission market; with a special focus on Renewable Energies. The objective of these functions will be to ensure that the company has a relevant share in the aforementioned markets and to be able to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain the level of commercial activities in current accounts and identify and develop new customers.
- Meet the Performance and Development goals for this position.
- Work with 3M Global Treasury, Credit & Collection Centers and Subsidiaries to determine appropriate resolution of discrepancies.
- Compliance with KPIs specific to the position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineer.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish (advanced)
- Experience with the Salesforce System.
- Knowledge of the technical business process.
