**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
- Protect and enhance corporate reputation through an integral communication strategy.
- Design internal communication strategies to engage all employees (FL & Non FL) effectively to translate our business strategy (vision, values, direction)
- Provide Brand Communication services for all BUs and brands supporting engagement with key stakeholders and deploying strategies with influencers.
- Manage the communication of sustainability and social impact achievements and milestones at SOCO.

**Your Impact**

As **Corporate communications & sustainability analyst **your responsibilities would consist of:
COMMUNICATIONS CHILE (70%)
- Protect and enhance corporate reputation in Chile including proactive efforts to communicate WWP, Business wins and Brand Building Better Together initiatives via influential targeted media strategies
- Design and execute the Communication Strategy to increase the company awareness and reputation among key external Stakeholders and influencers via wining earned media repercussions and relevant news spaces.
- Provide Brand Communication services for key brands supporting engagement with key stakeholders and deploying strategies with influencers.
- Editorial direction, content development, design, production and distribution of all external and internal publications.

SOCIAL IMPACT SOCO (30%)s Sustainability goals
- Active participation in the creation of roadmaps for the achievement of goals and Lift & shift resources from other sectors to achieve goals.
- Provide functional guidance, support and resources and help shape the strategy of SOCO's Sustainability agenda.

Qualifications:
