A DAY IN THE LIFE His objective is to build the scientific and medical reputation of the Dermatology Division's brands by developing relationships and programs with opinion leaders, scientific societies, and patient associations, among others, serving as a conduit between the scientific community and our business. He must also lead the development of omnichannel (O+O) strategies for medical activations. 1. Lead the design and implementation of medical and scientific events (medical education for physicians and patients, conferences, etc.) and their subsequent evaluation of the results. 2. Develop programs (partnerships, sponsorships, services, etc.) with scientific societies, patient associations, and other professional stakeholders in the healthcare sector. 3. Identify and select Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Rising Opinion Leaders (ROLs) - scientists and healthcare professionals for our brands. 4. Mobilize and motivate the selected KOLs and ROLs in their consulting, training, and representation activities (conferences, digital, media, etc.). 5. Measure the impact of the actions undertaken and ensure their follow-up, creating key KPIs. 6. Work collaboratively and proactively with the division's key internal areas: marketing, medical visits, external and digital communications. 7. Ensure compliance with internal and external ethical standards in relationships with healthcare professionals. 8. Build an O+O (Online + Offline) strategy for medical activations: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy that combines online and offline channels to effectively reach the medical audience, through actions such as: 1. Digital platforms 2. Visits to doctors 3. Collaborations with scientific societies 4. Identification of new areas of research. **REQUIREMENTS**: - 4-5 years of experience in Medical areas. - Bachelor degree in health-focused careers - Knowledge of medical conferences - Interpersonal relationships - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Be curious and task oriented.
