**Senior Project Engineer**:

In this role, you will ensure successful of multiple projects on time, within budget, and in line with specifications and with quality and safety guidelines.

**This position reports to**:
Engineering Manager I

**Your responsibilities**:

- Resolving technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Santiago, Chile and elsewhere.
- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards, as well as technical details, costs, and deliverables for sales proposals.
- Preparation and review of documents (plans, work procedures, risk matrices, technical specifications, manuals, among others).
- Maintaining a strong network of engineering professionals and disseminating engineering best practices to aid colleagues’ development.
- Creating and delivering work plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Developing your management skills by working with entry-level employees.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Electronics, Electronics, Automation, Technology Engineering or related.
- 5 years of experience working with the 800xA System.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, industrial networks, security processes, control logic, P&ID reading, control philosophies.
- Communication protocols experience (TCP/IP, OPC, profibus, fieldbus, hart, among others).
- Knowledge of virtualization software (vmware, switches, routers) and industrial switch configuration.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate English level.
