**Position Title**: Associate Manager, E-Commerce

**Business Unit**: Home Appliances

**Location**: Santiago, Chile

**Reports to**: E-Commerce Manager, Chile

The Associate Manager, E-Commerce is responsible and accountable for the merchandising, pricing, management, and sales of a certain category group or type of products within the ecommerce space. As part of achieving category goals, this Associate takes charge of the local pricing implementation, local category strategy, competitor’s analysis, POS data and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal through the ecommerce channel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Ecommerce projects supporting key online growth initiatives from concept through execution and meeting identified KPIs.
- Understand product line specific key business objectives and deliver growth strategy through qualitative analysis and quantitative data
- Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying abreast of new and innovative solutions and capabilities; key competitor actions; industry trends and emerging customer and market needs
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects that help the customer while maximizing business value
- Responsible for the eRetail growth to ensure on-time launches, promotions, and maximizing opportunities to drive incremental sales, including all special hot sales and cyber events.
- Manage the content required to support the product assortment for multiple customers; work with internal and external partners to develop approved product imagery and descriptive copy.
- Build connections with brand activation, and trade/category to support the strategic growth of the Ecommerce channel.
- Works with cross functions teams (ecomm regional, sales, activation, category, supply and finance) to build, validate and implement strategies to align the business objectives and define the budgets and resources.

**Qualifications**
- Four-year college degree, MBA Preferred.
- 3+ years of direct and hands-on Ecommerce experience providing solutions in a large global company.
- Knowledgeable about the web and emerging technologies
- Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies.
- Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
- Detail-oriented and operationally-focused.
- Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.
- English (proficient)
- Some travel might be required.
