**What are we looking for?**

Our office in Santiago is looking for a **Quality Analyst,**providing proactive support to the Quality function in Americas, completing tasks as required. Deliver services to ensure compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and procedures.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Respond to basic QMS inquiries and provide general guidance on QMS policies and procedures to employees/Quality team members across the Enterprise/Business
- Monitor compliance within internal tools, systems, processes and workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QMS records and documentation
- Run and analyze various compliance reports for Quality Team
- Conduct and support auditing of project teams and records
- Work in a support team that provides outputs to the Americas Eco-Region in various time zones
- Liaise and support the Quality Team Leader and Quality Leader - Americas with ad hoc requests as required

**What you will bring to the team**:

- **Advanced English.**:

- Post-secondary education in science or engineering, or 3-5 years experience in similar work
- Ability to understand business processes and enterprise data
- Good understanding of traditional and latest concepts, and ability to lean new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate and explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines. Solid English communication skills - ability to break down information and explain it in an easy-to-understand manner
- Good documentation skills to cover functional and technical aspects
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
