**About the Role**:
The role of the Specialist Business Analyst translates the business language, process, requirements and value (business cases) for the technical team (architects, SMEs, developers etc) to design the solutions to comply with those requirements.

Key accountabilities:

- Understand business challenges and opportunities to unlock value.
- Engage Stakeholders to work together in identifying the Value proposition.
- Co-develop the Business Case in conjunction with the Business.
- Lead SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) workshops and co-design business rules’ workflows.
- Weekly and monthly value capture reporting.
- Solve complex problems for the business, leveraging technical knowledge.
- Identify problems within product adoption. Formulate ways for improve product adoption.
- Communicate with people at different levels in the organization.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee and assist the technical teams in the implementation of new digital products.
- Prepare presentations and documentations materials for workshops, training sessions, value reporting among others.
- Supporting OCM (Organisational Change Management) activities and stakeholder management within the Digital teams.
- Supporting Product Owners and Delivery Team.

**About You**:

- Metallurgical Engineering Degree preferable (MSc desired) or a related engineering career.
- Experience in mining operations.
- Experience Developing Digital Products with multi-skill delivery team.
- Experience working with Agile framework and managing the work with Jira.
- Experience with reporting, advanced Excel user.
- Continuous improvement mind-set.
- Effective communication and experience with stakeholder management, being able to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptionally organisational skills - both self and team.
- Excellent multitasker, ability to operate at a fast pace, changing environment.
- Impeccable time-management and ability to prioritise.
- Positive team player who is respectful and empathetic.
