The PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) Growth Office focuses on driving PepsiCo’s Always, everywhere vision across functions. This organization is responsible for setting and accelerating PFNA growth agenda across the business. It includes Strategy, Marketplace Insights, Commercialization, Revenue Management, Transformation, and Governance/Integration for all Frito-Lay, Quaker Foods, Canada Foods.

The Growth Transformation team aligns future End to End value chain design to the growth strategy. It pilots and scale digital field and consumer technologies.
The Product Manager role falls under Growth Transformation - Direct Commerce team and reports to the Director of Digital Capability.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work with various stakeholders (Marketing, Innovation/R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to align on digital priorities
- Align with 3rd Party Design Agency, Internal Creative, and Brands to design integrated digital features into campaigns or PSP direction of brand strategies
- Lead End-to-End development activities from ideation to deployment
- Escalate and drive critical issues to resolution with support from technical teams
- Lead business / digital initiatives to drive critical KPIs (e.g. new consumer acquisition, reengagement, etc.)
- Manage budgets and financials associated with project and continuous improvement work; develop AOP needs, priorities for future year planning cycles
- Work with PGT team when FLNA implements global solution

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Expected salary range is $91,100 - $132,000
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the FLNA Sales, Marketing, Consumer/Shopper Insights
- Working knowledge of system integration between SAP, PWM, IPM, and ICS.
- Ability to break down complex projects into manageable timelines
- Ability to provide clear requirements and phases to achieve overall project success
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams in parallel and understand / able to articulate how various projects fit together in an overall strategy
- 5+ years of project management, Agile development, User-Design, and/or leading end to end projects
- 5+ years of direct field experience in supply chain functions
- 5+ years of working directly with business and technical teams to deliver enhanced capability
