**Job Summary**:
As a part of GCI Global marketing team, you will serve as a regional strategist, partnering with Product groups to provide leadership in the deployment of regional strategic projects with MBD partners and across business units while defining structure and driving governance cadence.
As an effective regional strategy champion with demonstrated credibility in the organization, you will be proficient to lead, influence, mitigate and manage resolution of complex challenges and drive progress forward with innovative ideas and a strong ability to engage and influence without authority
**What you will do**:
- Work with partners to drive project leadership and regional execution including providing thought leadership, leading strategic project teams across business units and aligning senior leaders, various internal groups and dealers, as well as defining structure and driving governance cadence.
- Provide regional strategic support and governance with the GCI Sales and Marketing Leadership team to prioritize, align and determine key initiatives aligned with the GCI growth targets.
- Partnering with the diverse GCI sales/marketing teams and across business units on strategic projects aimed at driving growth of profitable PINS
- Developing marketing strategies and supporting industry teams to achieve the enterprise profitable (machine and services) growth vision.
- Driving internal and external communication that supports business objectives, ensuring clarity in communication of objectives, expectations and thriving in managing accountability in a complex environment.
- Partnering with Product groups to formulate & deploy region Go to market (GTM) as it relates to New Product Introduction (NPI) and dealer onboarding across the GCI portfolio.
- Drive development and deployment of GCI OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) through the Dealer network via the Leadership Table process.
- Play the role of a supporting coach, driving the culture of high performance across the regions through deployment of the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) methodology.
**What skills you will have**:
- ** Decision Making and Critical Thinking**: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to effectively analyze and make recommendations from many variables and interdependencies.
- ** Data Gathering & Analysis and Project Management**:Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.Strong project management skills to drive execution of strategic initiatives within assigned territory. Ability to effectively manage stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them as part of the project governance and execution.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong progressively responsible job-related experience.
- Sales & Marketing background.
- Certified Blackbelt and/or PMO.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, work with mínimal supervision, autonomously and multi-task in an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Excel in navigating, influence and collaborate with enterprise partners working the matrix.
- Consistently meeting ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality project and staff work on schedule.
- A reputation within CI for their knowledge of our business and the dealers’ network.
