**Job Description:**:**JOB **SUMMARY**:Market and promote Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC) financial products and services to Caterpillar dealers and customers in an assigned territory.
**PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Represent Caterpillar Financial in assigned territory.
2. Initiate and develop good relationships with clients, including financing quotes, explaining initial quotes, gathering client credit information, answering technical questions to make competitive offers seeking final client acceptance.
3. Maintain a solid client portfolio, with a delinquency level that is within the company's objectives, helping in the collection of past due accounts.
4. Provide financial solutions that meet customer needs while capturing new business opportunities.
5. Conduct customer visits in conjunction with the dealer's sales force or on their own, with the goal of capturing new customers, selling Caterpillar Financial products, and meeting established business goals.
6. Ensure and drive dealer satisfaction, business unit satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
7. Submit the commercial and financing proposal of customers to Credit Department for evaluation.
8. Manage the financing needs of clients, in order to ensure the availability of a line of credit for future requirements.
9. Inform the credit decision to the clients and collect the necessary information for the documentation of the contracts and their presentation to the Operations Department.
10. Responsible for customer properly signs contract documentation
11. Management of the commercial relationship with the distributor, maintenance of frequent and fluid communication with the sales force (management of expectations).
12. Train dealer sales force on Caterpillar Financial processes, products, go-to-market plans, and value-add.
13. Participate in events, trainings with customers organized by the industry, Caterpillar Financial or the dealer.
14. Participate in projects and initiatives linked to continuous improvement for the fulfillment of the department's objectives.
**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education /Experience**:A 4-year university degree or equivalent diploma and a minimum of 3 years exempt experience in credit, customer services, collections, marketing, and/or financial statement analysis is recommended. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
**English Level**:Intermediate / Advance required.
This position will be located at Concepción (Region Bio Bio), Chile.
**Skills, Abilities and Knowledge**:
2.Advanced knowledge of marketing and marketing techniques.
3.Demonstrated knowledge of financing and leasing products, policies and procedures of the subsidiary.
4.Advanced knowledge of credit and documentation procedures, processes and operations.
7.Demonstrated ability to analyze the financial status of customers.
8.Demonstrated ability to define finance/lease markets.
9.Ability to drive a car or adequately arrange for transportation to and from dealerships, customer sites, etc.
10.Knowledge of Caterpillar dealer organizations.
