Then join us Let's make this big world into a** SmallWorld.** We are looking for an experienced** Accounts Payable** specialist to help us process the entire set of corporate invoices received/issued for payment. Your duties will also include managing payments of all the company's creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, as well as any other AP tasks required by the management. The Accounting analyst - Account Payables will be responsible for all the Accounts Payables bookings, processing invoice payments, performing reconciliations, and further analysis, as well as any other task needed. Hours: 40 Hours per week - 6:00 - 15:00 Modality: Location: Chile **Accounts Payable accountant's responsibilities are**: - Manage all accounts and incoming payments and ensure their compliance with financial regulations - Create and manage bills, invoices, and bank deposits, maintenance and reconciliations of accruals, prepayments, suppliers, advances, etc. - Organize all kinds of financial transactions such as classifying, computing, posting, recording and verifying accounts payables' data, daily - Review the accounts ´payable ledger making sure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Completing all the accounting processes, checkings, review and controls in the designated accounting closing periods. - Detect problems with clients' billing issues and help to resolve them - Prepare detailed financial statements and reports about accounts payables related and present them to company's executives and senior managers, when required. **Accounts Payable accountant requirements are**: - 3+ years' experience of working on a Accounts Payable accountant - Significant experience with calculating, posting and managing accounting figures and financial records - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines, as well as working under pressure and with changing priorities - Excellent knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles - Good practical experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software - Good mathematical and data entry skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially) - Prior experience in working with an AP module software is a plus - Accuracy, responsibility and close attention to detail - Fast learning and teamwork abilities, proactive and able to manage high volume workload - English is a "must have" - at least intermediate/high level - BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration **Salary**: 700.000 - 1.000.000 INDHP
