**HR Generalist-Accounting Analyst**:

As an HR Generalist, you will develop a key position supporting HR processes, working directly with our collaborators and helping to solve the different opportunities for improvement

**Your responsibilities**:

- Generate accounting file, centralization review and subsequent analysis of HR accounting accounts (remunerations, provisions, vacations, compensation, among others).
- Preparation and sending of information for the payment of social security contributions.
- Administration of the payment of tax obligations and provisions.
- Preparation and submission of information to Accounting and Treasury.
- Internal document management such as: Registration and control of medical licenses, and associated benefits, as well as control of other internal administrative processes.
- Preparation and management of settlements.
- HR KPI management.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Accountant, Commercial, HR or similar careers.
- Five years of experience working in similar positions.
- Knowledge and experience working with SAP.
- Experience in accounting account analysis.
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI and Accountable background is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Proactive, self-driven and ability to work as a team.
