**Purpose statement**

Supports the Country Finance function in order to achieve timely and accurate reporting in accordance with both local regulations (legal entity reporting) and US GAAP requirements. This position is also responsible for many of the first level entries of the accounting activities of the business unit.

**What we are looking for in you**
- The main objective will be the development of accounting tasks of analysis and management, according to the accounting principles, policies, and internal procedures of the company.

- It is required that the employee has knowledge in accounting software, preferably SAP, Excel management, knowledge of SII, SII, SII, SAP and SII.

- General Accounting: Recording and posting of daily accounting transactions - for example, collection transactions, invoices, and expense reports.
- Taxation: Payment and calculation of all local taxes; Maintains of all substantiation records for tax.
- Controls: Ensures all activities are completed in compliance with BSC policies and procedures.
- Treasury: Posting and bank account reconciliations.
- Quality: Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
