As a Legal Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely legal records for our company. In addition to the existing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various compliance processes and reporting. Your knowledge of the country's legislation along with attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in supporting the smooth operation of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Directors in implementing the firm’s visions, plans, and strategies as a whole.
- Maintaining the organization’s legal files and ensuring that the working practices are according to its policies and regulations.
- Conducting cases and assisting other employees and partners in negotiating terms, representing and advising the Senior Management.
- Ensuring that services are provided on time and updating the CEO constantly on the progress and costs.
- Professionally providing legal services and adhering to the professional set of conduct to comply with the legislation.
- Developing strategies to match and beat the competition and providing the quality of service that the company requires.
- Engaging with local communities, locals, and referrers to promote the firm.
- Providing correct, honest, and positive judgment at all times in the company’s best interests.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong background in legal or paralegal tasks
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with people and effectively managing conversations to obtain necessary information.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Legal Advisor.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of real estate investment and property management is a plus.
