Service Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You are highly knowledgeable in low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, electromechanics, battery and EV chargers, Uninterrupted Power Supply systems (UPS) and desirably, protection and controls.
- You have a professional degree in Electrical Engineering, and you have over 6 years of experience in similar roles, mainly in the industrial, mining, energy generation and electrical distribution markets.
- You can work under high-pressure situations and are able to make highly informed and accurate decisions. You are also empathetic towards the client's needs and your teammates, and have a strong safety-oriented mindset. You can work in team environments and have proven leadership skills, being able to lead teammates and contractors as per project requirements.
- You can communicate fluently in Spanish and can also, desirably, communicate to a lesser degree in English.
- You have availability to travel often as per the job's requirements, at least 50% of the time.
