Business Analyst Healthcare

Our Client is a healthcare enterprise that is looking to improve data recollection and data management in Healthcare facilities, providing doctors and other specialist great tools to consolidate a patient's medical records and puts them in one place. Working with the newest technologies hand on hand with the software development team, these tools provide clear information to specialists before attending to the patient, so they have more time to do what they do best, deliver a good diagnosis and treatment

**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

- Capturing the vision of the business area and client’s specifics
- Understanding the client’s business objectives and translating them to the development team
- Defining ‘as-is’ state for the enterprise business solution, modeling ‘to be’ state, identifying and assessing gaps, and proposing improvements
- Full life-cycle of products and related Managed/Supporting Services through close partnership with the Client's key business stakeholders and SoftServe development team throughout all phases
- Maintaining, updating, and communicating Roadmap for cloud products and services that align with business objectives and outcomes
- Developing the business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
- Collection of business and solution requirements, utilizing best practices for effective facilitation
- Requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modeling to ensure the solution meets the business needs
- Diverse Client stakeholders and SoftServe cross-functional teams to define problem statements, product vision, and success criteria, managing trade-offs and risks
- Establishing and following requirements lifecycle process

**YOU ARE**:

- A business analyst (or product owner) with more than 3 years of BA experience in IT
- Experienced in Healthcare Businesses (iS A mUST)
- Knowledgeable of enterprise client's business operations and enterprise digital transformation concept
- Understanding management principles and project management specifics
- Skilled in business development and pre-sales activities
- An expert in software development specifics and methodologies
- Used to key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
- Good at business process modeling, and prototyping
- An excellent communicator with full English proficiency

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT**:

- Able to communicate in the Portuguese language (not a must, but will be a plus)
- Migrations Knowledge on HL7 Interoperability Resources
