**About the Role**:
Digital Factory (DF) MinAm purpose is to transform mining industry with digital solutions, and we aim to work with our Assets and operations in the development of IA / data based digital tools to support the decision making processes and help BHP and its operations to achieve achieve safer, more productive and more reliable operations.

Product Delivery Business Analyst is passionate about digital technologies, problem solving, and supporting insights with data, also has great communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a Product Delivery Business Analyst you’ll be responsible to build strong business cases, co-design & develop digital tools with the Product Owner, users and the business, collaborate to build strong business cases, and will be a key element to communicate the benefits of using new digital technologies, tracking and supporting adoption and value delivered

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in the following:

- Supports the Product Owner and Portfolio Manager as a hole, for digital product development and delivery.
- Understands business challenges and opportunities that can be improvements for current digital tools or be part of DF opportunity pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience building strong, realistic but challenging Business Cases that support capital investments.
- Communicate with people at different levels of the organization. Is able to persuade internal and external stakeholders in line to ensure benefits of the new technology.
- Solve complex problems for the business, leveraging technical knowledge and advanced data analysis. Is able orchestrating multiple point of views and knowledge to achieve product goals and value proposition.
- Identify problems with product adoption, product availability or value delivered, and is proactive and innovative finding ways to close gaps.
- Prepare presentations, workshops, trainings, value reporting among other need to achieve product goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Commercial or other engineering.
- Analytical mind, which lead to the development of insights and recommendations, with good attention to detail.
- Know how to build Business Cases
- Experience working with agile frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Tools, like Excel (macros), Power BI, Teams, Data Bases, PowerPoint, etc.
- Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
