**Sobre nuestro cliente**:
We are looking for a **Service Supervisor **for a multinational heavy machinery loading company

**Descripción**:
**About the challenge**:
**Responsible for the day-to-day operations **and supervision of a team of service employees.

Among your main functions are:

- Ensure service work is conducted in compliance with applicable local regulations, planning and procurement of parts and resources as third parts service providers for all technical attendances.
- Train customer, service partner and own staff in methods to maintain and repair the equipment, to ensure knowledge is transferred.
- Prepare and provide all documents to finance and customers as attendance reports. Assure that all documents from an attendance done are according to the process. Acceptance from the customer, costs reports, technical reports.
- Organize and coordinate the execution of on-call works and service contracts from obtaining the purchase order to billing and timely delivery of relevant reports.

**What would we love from you?**
- That you have a related training (Careers related) or Vocational qualification.
- That you manage a fluent level of English.
- That you have experience of at least 3 years in:

- Business Impact and decision making.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day service operations of a small team.
