Asset Manager Latam

**Your mission**:
**In this role you will**
- Operate and manage all assets via real time monitoring data to ensure that they are performing as per projections
- Manage O&M contractors with various technical partners who maintain on-site solar PV and energy efficiency assets.
- Manage insurances for new assets upon system commissioning.
- Configure from scratch the monitoring system accounts for new assets upon system commissioning.
- Monitor the main Key Performance Indicators to assure that assets are performing as expected and add new meaningful KPIs
- Set up accounts and automated reports on the monitoring system for clients and partners with all relevant system data
- Follow-up on the performance data of the asset after commissioning and run comparative analysis for contract data
- Detect any underperformances by creating customized analysis for the systems using online data on monitoring system
- Support the accounting team for effective revenue collection from assets when it is needed.
- Report asset performance to management and feedback operational learnings into sales and project management
- Build and maintain good relationships with EPC and O&M partners for a long partnership
- Keep up-to-date on technology development to identify suitable monitoring technologies in the market.

**Your profile**:
**Your skills**:

- Familiar with solar monitoring software and main PV and energy KPIs
- Good understanding of technical PV documentation such as SLDs, PVSyst reports.
- Good understanding of energy systems, technical components of solar PV projects, load profiles, energy consumption behaviour, especially for commercial and industrial clients.
- Experience with documentation such as Asset All Risk Insurances and contract work, more specifically O&M Contracts.
- Knowledge and experience in the compliance of required regulations for the operations of solar projects
- Being able to cope with a highly dynamic environment where very different challenges can appear weekly
- Experience managing databases and optimizing their use
- Having managed projects independently before
- Experience in managing client communications during project operations
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tools (Experience with Asana is a plus)
- Fluent in English (English is our daily working language). Native in Spanish is a must.
