We’re looking for a Finance & Payroll Analyst to help lead the accounting transformation at Recorrido. If you’re eager to work in global financial operations and make an impact, this is the role for you The role In this role, you will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate payroll processing, and support financial reporting. You will play a key role in improving accounting processes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key responsibilities Record transactions in TBK, Fintoc, PayPal, and credit cards Manage transfers from PayU and PayPal to the bank Process supplier payments and analyze outstanding balances Handle invoices for Tenpo, Google, Japi commissions, SaaS, and agencies Review payroll and fee sheets, ensuring accuracy and centralization Process salary payments Address queries from CRM, Sales, and Operations teams Manage fraud cases and vendor onboarding Generate financial reports for Komatsu, Busbud, and AXA Qualifications & skills Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in financial analysis, payroll processing, and accounting operations Experience managing BUK is preferred Familiarity with payment methods used in LATAM Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally Netsuite) and financial reporting tools Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently What’s in it for you Compensation based on experience Flexible schedules & 100% remote work Healthcare benefits Company‑provided equipment for remote work Experience with agile development methods tailored for scaling startups Work in a global environment with connections to Europe’s tech hub A culture of ownership & impact—your ideas matter If this sounds like your next challenge, join us and be part of a team that’s revolutionizing the industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
