**¿Cuáles son las funciones?**
- Liderar los recursos del equipo, desarrollo exitoso del proyecto, elaborar Dashboard y reportes acerca del progreso del producto y el impacto en el negocio.
- Proveer un contexto de negocio para el equipo y facilitar el debate, la toma de decisiones y la resolución de conflictos.
- Administrar la correcta ejecución del enfoque ágil y participar de las ceremonias.
- Proporcionar visión y dirección al equipo de desarrollo y a los Stakeholders.
- Gestión del Backlog y orientar al equipo y a la organización sobre cómo utilizar las mejores prácticas y valores de Scrum.
**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**
- +5 años de experiência como Product Owner o liderando equipos.
- +5 años de experiência en la gestión de demanda, gestión de oportunidades, funcionalidad y flujos de trabajo.
- Nível de inglés intermedio o avanzado.
**¿Qué podría diferenciarte?**
- Capacidad de comunicación clara y concisa a través de la tecnología y los equipos de negocio.
- Habilidades de negociación y manejo de situaciones.
