**What You’ll Do**
- Lead a team of Mobile Android/iOS development engineers
- Lead significant scope, complex projects to completion.
- Produce maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team, architects, and others to document features and changes
- Participate in peer design and code reviews.
- Elevate the performance of colleagues through training, mentoring, and promoting best practices.
- Experiment with technologies and propose solutions to colleagues including architects and the IT leadership team.
**Must Haves**
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead significant scope, complex projects to completion.
- Strong software engineering and software architecture background in Android.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services over the Internet
- Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Both front end(UI/Activity) and backend (background services) development for Android
- Desire to build/do things you don’t already know how to build
**Extra Points for any of the Following**
- Experience hybrid Application implementations (Flutter, React Native, etc)
- iOS knowledge/development experience
- Library (vs Application) Development for Android
- Gitlab CI/CD experience
- Experience using Snowflake
- Experience/knowledge in Cryptographic technologies (cryptographic binding, encryption algorithms, etc)
