**Your future role on our team**

The purpose of this role is to work in the Operational Excellence team together with the operations and/or project teams to improve productivity, operational efficiency and reduce costs. This also seeks to achieve better overall performance, including a better quality of life at work.

In the same vein, this position provides strategic direction of operational excellence (ExOp) for people, systems, programs, processes, projects across the value stream and business support areas, as required.
- Contribute to the company's objective by achieving the expected results.
- Provide multidisciplinary advice and expertise to team members.
- He/She is considered a leading expert in his/her field, including process improvement and project management.

- Take due care of the Company's and its clients' property and preserve their condition.
- Justify absences from work due to illness with the corresponding medical certificate and/or medical leave issued by a physician, within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the day of the absence.
- Keep strict confidentiality of all information, documentation and background of clients, which the Employee has received or become aware of due to the duties of the Position, either through activities or business of the Company, as well as of clients and suppliers of the Employer, in accordance with the specific clause of this contract.
- Use the personal protective equipment provided by the Company in the execution of the work and follow verbal and written orders and instructions regarding specific procedures, according to the Employee’s job position, as well as the use of corporate uniforms, whether provided by clients or own.
- Attend regularly, to the extent required by the Company, training on risk prevention, hygiene and safety, protection of life and/or health, technical and operational matters, or any other matter related to the work performed by the Employee.
- Provide reliable information regarding the functions performed, expressly stating that the information provided is true.
- Safeguard and use correctly the assets provided by the Company for the duties that have been entrusted.
- Correct and timely use of the different computer systems that are provided, and that correspond to those belonging to the principals and/or to the Company.

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- Technical/professional degree with at least 7 years of experience in continuous improvement or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience.
- Field of study: Mining and Metals; Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration; quality.
- High analytical capacity, use of statistical analysis tools and large volumes of information.
- Ability to generate professional level reports, professional writing and charts with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Lean, Green or Black Belt certification is considered a solid asset.
- Master the different tools and techniques of continuous improvement (6 Sigma), Lean Manufacturing, VSA/VSM, team facilitation, A3/RDP, Kaizen, RASCI, change management, among others).
