**Your Role**

Responsible for managing the engineering area, acting as a technical leader for the main engineering contracts, supporting technical implementation for greenfield projects and M&A, including civil, electrical, mechanical and grid interfaces. Promote project compatibility and technical interfaces in all asset life cycle phases, from development until operation and maintenance.

**Your Activities Will Include**
- Manage engineering projects together with internal teams, handling interfaces with subcontractors and owner’s engineering third party companies for assets under construction.
- Ensuring the alignment between the construction efficiency needed and O&M, in terms of quality, time and costs.
- Be part of the analysis and technical discussions regarding technical documents, in all asset’s life cycle phases, promoting technical consolidation and improving the performance by sharing lessons learned with other engineering teams.
- Recommend improvements for assets performance and support other areas, e.g. development, construction, O&M and AM, searching for optimal solutions for the projects.
- Support the Business Development area to setup OPEX and CAPEX, also managing CAPEX through management methodologies, monitoring and controlling, pursuing schedules, cost and resources improvements.
- Manage subcontractors’ deliveries, focusing on technical quality, cost and schedule, creating action plans for the issues identified.
- Manage the implementation improvements identified, based on technical reports analysis, to ensure the achievement of the established results.
- Manage the interface and compatibility of technical documents among different areas to ensure that specifications are in accordance with the contracted supply and minimize the interferences during project execution.
- Lead the team who will hire necessary studies and technical services, verifying the technical specifications, instructions to bidders and technical proposals analysis, as well as providing technical support during the negotiation process.

**Requisitos**:
**Your Profile**
- University degree in engineering, specializing in electrical, construction or similar. It is a plus to have an MBA.
- At least 10 years of professional work experience leading teams engineering that provide support to the constructive life of wind and solar energy projects.
- Experience on Management of renewable energy projects under execution phase
- Experience on design analysis of Electrical and Civil infrastructures as Substations,
- Transmission Lines, Foundations, Access Roads and others Deep knowledge on renewable energy market and energy sector (wind and solar)
- Strong constructive mind-set and high level of initiative and motivation.
- Reliable team player with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Flexible, accurate and capable of further developing the business.
- Desirable certifications and courses; PMP Certification, CAD or BIM tools, Quality Management.
- Understanding of a multinational company context and dynamics in terms of governance, accountability, communication.
- Availability to travel to Peru.
