**Job Title: Sales Account Manager**
**Department: Sales & Marketing**
**Reports To: General Manager of Chile**
**Position Summary**
The Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales growth in the mining and geothermal sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Prepare proposals for tender processes in Chile.
2. Connect with clients - the Account Manager should be able to contribute with meaningful interpretations and engage in discussion during the meetings with clients.
3. Conduct market research to identify areas of potential growth and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
4. Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, technical presentations, webinars, and web campaigns.
5. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our survey solutions, provide accurate price quotes, and discuss credit terms with clients.
6. Collaborate with the Operations and Interpretation teams to develop job proposals and prepare sales contracts.
7. Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
8. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the company.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to electromagnetic geophysical surveys.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the mining or geothermal sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of electromagnetic geophysical surveys is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Schedule**
- Full-time, standard business hours with the flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend events.
