Estamos buscando al BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / KAM para un FREIGHT FORWARDER muy conocido en el mercado nacional e internacional, quien será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la empresa mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes y el desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas existentes. Su objetivo es maximizar la rentabilidad, fidelizar clientes clave y asegurar la sostenibilidad del negocio, ofreciendo soluciones logísticas integrales en transporte internacional marítimo, aéreo y terrestre.
Tareas:
DESARROLLO DE NUEVOS NEGOCIOS (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
* Identificar oportunidades de mercado y PROSPECTAR NUEVOS CLIENTES en sectores estratégicos.
* Elaborar propuestas comerciales, cotizaciones y presentaciones adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.
* Negociar acuerdos comerciales y contratos, asegurando márgenes rentables y cumplimiento de políticas internas.
* Colaborar con las áreas de pricing, operaciones y customer service para garantizar soluciones competitivas y viables.
GESTIÓN DE CUENTAS CLAVE (KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)
* Gestionar una cartera de clientes estratégicos, velando por su satisfacción, crecimiento y rentabilidad.
* Desarrollar planes de cuenta con objetivos, estrategias de desarrollo, análisis de rentabilidad y oportunidades de expansión.
ANÁLISIS Y PLANIFICACIÓN COMERCIAL
* Elaborar reportes de ventas.
* Analizar el desempeño comercial y financiero de las cuentas bajo su gestión.
* Monitorear la competencia, tendencias del mercado y tarifas globales para ajustar estrategias comerciales.
* Participar activamente en el diseño e implementación de planes comerciales regionales o sectoriales.
Favor mencionar expectativas de renta entre base más comisiones.
