Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Dublin, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional healthcare services, providing direct patient care, and supporting medical staff in clinical environments. Additional responsibilities include training staff, engaging in communication with patients and families, and ensuring healthcare standards are met. Collaboration with team members and staying updated on medical protocols will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) skills and basic medical knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Knowledge and experience in general healthcare practices
  • Ability to train and educate team members and other stakeholders within the healthcare environment
  • Professional certifications and/or a degree in healthcare, medicine, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Understanding of and adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Empathy and a patient-focused approach to care
