El puesto estará ubicado en Lo Barnechea /Chile en un modelo remoto.

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas:

  • Liderar equipo a cargo (TENS, tecnólogo medico), asegurando estándares de calidad y continuidad de la atención.
  • Coordinar el flujo eficiente de los pacientes que requieren procedimientos de emergencia y los electivos en colaboración con los médicos y el staff de la institución.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de la tabla de procedimientos diaria de acuerdo con la demanda de procedimientos.
  • Coordinar los procesos de atención de los pacientes de forma adecuada y eficiente.
  • Asegurar la provisión de estándares apropiados y seguros de atención clínica. Generando protocolos y reuniones necesarias con personal en la institución que se desempeñe
  • Coordinar la preparación de la sala para que cuente con todos los recursos necesarios para cada procedimiento
  • Supervisar y verificar firmas de todos los consentimientos y documentación previa a la realización de un paciente, asegurando la correcta entrega de información
  • Verificar y supervisar la adecuada preparación del paciente antes del procedimiento
  • Aplica protocolos clínicos basados en evidencia científica durante la atención de los pacientes.
  • Gestión durante y después de un procedimiento
  • Gestión de inventarios, cadena logística y equipos médicos
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de indicadores/KPI de calidad, atención clínica y otras métricas
  • Entrenar, educar y desarrollar al personal, incluyendo la supervisión de nuevas incorporaciones, proporcionar planificación y oportunidades de desarrollo personal

Requisitos mínimos necesarios:

  • Carreras relacionadas en Tens (técnico superior en enfermería) o Arsenalero(a) de Hemodinamia.
  • Mínimo de 1 años de experiencia relevante en pabellón & Conocimiento de la anatomía y fisiología cardiovascular
  • Conocimientos y manejo de insumos relacionados a la atención de los pacientes de hemodinamia
  • Experiencia en paciente críticos deseable
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de personal
