Job Description
- Prepares and distributes questionnaires on product requirements to clients. Collects relevant client information to aid in product application development.
- Participates in client meetings and conference calls to clarify information.
- Develops, creates, and implements processes and procedures for product utilization with accompanying documentation.
- Develops implementation schedules and monitors project adherence to deadlines. Communicates and collaborates with internal technical personnel and functional groups to deliver product systems.
- Documents the product application building process.
- Develops quality specifications and tests systems to ensure delivery of complete product solutions.
- Trains client users on product technical and standard processes and prepares and delivers training materials.
- Communicates with clients to facilitate implementation and provide prompt responses to questions and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of a specific product and its applications.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Good knowledge of cloud products
- Good knowledge of Windows/Unix/Linux/Cloud environments.
- Good oral and written communication skills
